Islands of sanity

There are moments like these when everything feels a little too much. Thoughts are racing, news is relentless, and the heart is just looking for a little place to rest. And in the midst of all this, I discover again and again that it doesn't take much to breathe. One moment of silence. Embracing a word written just in time. A song that brings me back to myself. Little by little, I'm building islands of sanity for myself – little moments of stability in a sea of uncertainty. This song was born from these places. From the need to stop, feel, and give space to both fear… and the calm that comes after it. I write my songs from life itself, and today I also have new tools that help me give words a voice.
